**The Role**:
Working from our Head Office in Arundel on the Gold Coast, the Warehouse Assistant (CCTV Security) is tasked with the efficient and effective management of warehouse operations and the oversight of Buildsafe On Site proprietary CCTV System (Virtual Supervisor) when they are not on site. The role will be Monday to Friday and is primarily located within a warehouse environment, which may involve physical activities such as lifting items and standing for extended periods. Additionally, the role requires interaction with digital systems and may involve periods of focused computer use.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of warehouse operations, including goods inwards, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
- Implement and monitor procedures to optimise warehouse space utilisation and ensure the safe storage of goods.
- Conduct regular stocktakes and audits to ensure accuracy in inventory management and to control shrinkage.
- Liaise with logistics and supply chain partners to ensure timely delivery and distribution of goods
- Assemble, configure, and maintain CCTV Security Systems, ensuring they are operational prior to dispatch.
- Remotely troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the CCTV Security Systems, including both hardware and software components.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to organise warehouse operations and manage digital systems effectively.
- Licences: Forklift Licence or willingness to obtain.
- Excellent Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting Abilities: Skilled in identifying and resolving issues with both physical warehouse operations and digital systems.
- Tech-Savvy: Interest in security technology and digital management systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members, suppliers, and technology providers.
