We have an opportunity for a Casual Online Fulfillment & Warehouse Team Member to join our team, located in Arundel on the Gold Coast. Finish the end of 2025 with a fresh new role

You will learn all areas of our warehouse operation - every one of our team members will always lend each other a hand to get the job done and leave our customers feeling valued and happy

You will be able to prioritise tasks and be ready to adapt if daily routine goals change as we strive to deliver the best possible service to our customers.

You will maintain our great customer service by developing positive relationships with all of the customers we serve - big or small, they are all important to our business.

Duties include:

  • Online Order fulfillment – this will include utilising computer systems to select and print pending orders, Picking / Packing of orders, and generating shipping labels for completed orders.
  • Invoicing and shipping fulfillment of customer and wholesale orders.
  • Providing customer service and assistance to and processing orders for walk-in customers at our warehouse which is open to the public.
  • Providing customer service and answering queries for customers calling over the phone.
  • Unloading deliveries from pallets, checking and shelving of inbound product deliveries.
  • Must be reliable able to work within a team environment.
  • Other general warehouse duties involved in the day-to-day operations of the business.

The days for shifts in the role would be Monday to Friday as the warehouse does not operate on the weekends.

This role would commence with around 15 hours per week with the potential to extend these hours in the future. Please note these days and hours are a pre-requisite for the role. If you are unable to fulfil these days, your application would be unsuccessful.

Candidate must be physically fit and able to repeatedly lift and handle light and heavy boxes.
