**About this role**:
This award-winning studio produces boutique Retail/Commercial projects in a collaborative and fun environment. Seeking an experienced Revit technician. You will have good involvement across all stages and get exposure to high-end materials, details, and designs. Nationally, this studio have projects in Commercial, Residential, Build to Rent, Industrial, Retail, and Interiors.

**Key responsibilities**
- Be part of an collaborative team delivering high-quality projects
- Work closely with external consultants and contractors across all project stages
- Work in Revit on the production of drawing packages, detailing, and delivery
- Create, edit and maintain REVIT models in accordance with BIM procedures

**Skills and experience**
- Proven experience producing high-quality & accurate architectural drawings
- Strong detailing skills and construction knowledge
- Able to work autonomously and in a team
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to liaise with the Client, Council and Consultants
- Ability to cross check and understand structural, civil, hydraulic and electrical drawings
- Familiarity with local planning codes
- Sound knowledge of NCC & Australian Standards
