**Looking to make the jump from Retail Clothing to B2B Uniform Sales / Customer Service & Admin?** Deploy your skills & knowledge of the Clothing industry to help people create custom branded merchandise & uniforms for their businesses, clubs & teams.

**Based in Moorabbin** we spend our days immersed in all things apparel & branding. In addition to a vast range of apparel & accessory brands we offer a complete range of in house branding services, all completed onsite by our skilled production team.

We are looking for an additional, **full time, team member to join our Sales / Customer Service / Admin team.**

If you’re seeking to utilise your retail clothing experience in an **office based environment** this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

**Your day to day looks something like this**
- Processing orders into the system
- Working with the rest of the customer service team to take showroom appointments, assisting clients with garment selection & branding options
- Preparing client quotes
- Assisting with general office / sales / admin duties

**Having a keen eye for detail is essential,** as details are vital in our business. In this role you will be the conduit between the client & our production team. So high level reading, comprehension & communication skills are essential.

**Being great with colours & knowing your way around clothing is also vital.** Knowledge of garment branding would be an advantage.

**You’ll also need to demonstrate proficiency in**
- Adobe Illustrator / Adobe Photoshop (basic level)
- Netsuite / Oracle systems or similar ERP system (mid level)
- Experience in using Zendesk / Freshdesk, or similar would be advantageous

**This role is available for immediate start.**
The hours are either
Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm **or**
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm

Plenty of unmetered local street parking available
