A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

  • Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members
  • Driving Ghanda values with your store team
  • Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
  • Liaising with Stock Allocator and working independently to maintain appropriate stock levels to maximise return on floor space
  • Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance

  • A demonstrated leader who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style aligned with our values
  • Customer-first mindset, strong fundamentals, and a serious approach to retail
  • Experience in a retail or hospitality role is helpful, but the right attitude matters most
