Born out of Torquay, VIC in the early 2000s, Ghanda Clothing is the largest 100% Australian-owned and operated clothing brand, with over 100 locations across the nation.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

  • Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members
  • Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
  • Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
  • Liaising with your Stock Allocator and working independently to maintain appropriate stock levels to maximise return on floor space
  • Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance

About You

We'll know you're the one if you're someone who:

  • Has demonstrated leadership experience, leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies our values
  • Thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals, and takes retail seriously
  • Has similar experience in a retail/hospitality role (not a deal-breaker) – we value the right attitude over experience
