**The Role**
The Collins Submarine Program’s (CSMP’s) vision is ensuring Australia has an enduring and potent
Submarine capability. As a member of the Logistics Governance and Assurance Team, the
Sustainment tasks. Training will be provided.
- The primary role is Local Site Administrator (LSA); managing functionality of the Military Integrated Logistics Information System (MILIS) including Supply Customer Account Management, write on/off of material and Item Modification, Creation and Disassembly.
- The position supports the Logistics Team Lead with logistic assurance and governance activities ensuring that CSMP in Service Support Contractors and internal stakeholders are complying with all Logistics Policies and Procedures.

Our Work Environment

following:

- Be the CSMP Local Site Administrator (LSA) ensuring compliance with legislative, regulatory and Defence requirements, the management of user access, security and MILIS Training, providing support for local users, managing all tasks to completion and providing general MILIS advice.
- Assist the Logistic Governance Manager with LSA support of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) rollout and ongoing support.
- Assist with stocktaking when required.
- Additional responsibilities including progression of Contractor submitted forms for example Stock Adjustments, Equipment Master Data Requests and Asset Build Submissions (IMCAD), and assist in the provision of data using the Defence tools provided.
- Achieve moderately complex logistics governance activities as required.
- Conduct Commanding Officers (CO) spot-checks at ISSCs on a monthly basis.
- Have a high degree of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail; and
- Demonstrate commitment to the Defence Values and Behaviours.
