Our Waterloo service is looking for a Centre Director with a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a welcoming and positive environment.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Warm and nurturing presence with children, families and educators
- Knowledge and understanding of quality improvement and self-assessment processes
- Prior experience in a leadership role (Director, Assistant Director, or Educational Leader)
- Genuine dedication to early childhood development and team growth
- Ability to uphold service policies and procedures

**Specific Requirements**:

- Full-time availability (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, between 7:00am - 6:00pm
- Current Working With Children’s Check
- ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
