**Volunteer Community Organiser - AI & Edge Computing Melbourne**
Be part of launching something new at the cutting edge of tech.

We're seeking a Melbourne-based volunteer to help co-lead a new initiative focused on the convergence of artificial intelligence and edge computing. This is a grassroots opportunity to shape a growing tech community — because the future of AI is at the edge.

Our first Melbourne event is planned for late July, coinciding with a major local tech gathering feature industry speakers and networking with innovation leaders.

**What You'll Do**
- Support and co-organise the launch event (on-site presence required)
- Help engage local startups, founders, and industry experts
- Assist in sourcing speakers, sponsors, and partnerships
- Contribute to shaping the community's long-term direction

**What We’re Looking For**
- Based in Melbourne and available for in-person collaboration
- Curious about edge AI, embedded systems, or emerging tech
- Passionate about events, community-building, or networking
- No specific experience required — just initiative and a collaborative mindset
