Our Client, a leading manufacturer of industry leading plant and equipment is seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Manager to lead our HR function across all sites nationwide. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing best practice HR policies and procedures, as well as overseeing all HR-related activities.
As the HR Manager, you will have the opportunity to drive and implement change within the organisation, using your leadership and management skills to enhance employee performance, attract and retain top talent, and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in line with the company's overall business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment and retention of employees, ensuring that the company is attracting and retaining top talent.
- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that they are competitive and aligned with the company's overall HR strategy.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
