**Description**:
THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate and motivated Online Service Associate to join our friendly online sales team in one of our newest Fulcrum Suspensions Stores in Brisbane.

**Skills and Experiences**:
ABOUT YOU

**To be considered for this role you must**:
Be passionate about all things automotive or 4WD
Have automotive suspension experience, either through retail sales or as a tradesperson
Understand how automotive suspension components work or be willing to learn
Have a basic understanding of eCommerce platforms
Love a challenge and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Possess a friendly and confident demeanor, with a “can do” attitude
Can multi-task, whilst maintaining a high attention to detail
Be able to work as part of a team
Have excellent people skills and be intuitive to customers’ needs

Those more seasoned professionals currently working in this role and industry but are looking for a new challenge within a progressive and dynamic Australian company. I.e., an experienced parts interpreter or an automotive mechanic looking to make the switch to an online sales role.

Those who may be new to the role, but are hard-working, willing to learn, meet the tenets of the above criteria, and can by their activities, demonstrate their passion for the automotive scene.
