We are a Managed Service Provider based in Norwest looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our team.

Our technical support team provide IT support and Managed Services to our well-established customer base. Our customers are small to medium businesses primarily family-owned business that we have long term relations with. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and timely response times, if you have similar values then this could be the role for you. Reporting directly to the IT Manager, your responsibilities will be wide-ranging technical support duties.

Some of the duties of this role are listed below (but not limited to):

- Taking calls and logging tickets
- Responding to client enquiries
- Troubleshooting and isolating Desktop, Networking, Windows Server, Office 365 issues;
- General office duties, cleaning tidying etc.
- Providing our team with general office admin assistance including tidying and cleaning as required
- Inventory management (unpack stock and enter into inventory and pack send goods to clients
- Follow-up and liaise with suppliers
- Data entry into various systems
- Check systems and action and escalate as required

Minimum requirements:
- Be well presented and a clear communicator both verbal and written (typing)
- Have an excellent telephone manner and proactive attitude
- Have pride in your work and attention to detail
- Demonstrate your excellent customer service skills
- A tertiary qualification in Computer Technology, or related IT discipline will be beneficial.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Norwest Business Park, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
