**About the role
The purpose of this role is to lead and coordinate the implementation, evaluation and sustainability of a quality approach to suicide prevention across Community and Acute Services, Mental Health and Specialised Services, West Moreton Health.

Health Practitioner HP4 - $64.64 - $69.55 per hour
Clinical Nurse Consultant NG7 - $66.85 - $72.58 per hour
Mandatory Requirements:
Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
