The Transport & Urban Design Unit provides holistic, integrated strategies and plans to guide improvements to city streets, places, and spaces; with an overarching goal of contributing to the liveable, sustainable, and prosperous community standards outlined within the Strategic Community Plan and Corporate Business Plan.

**About the Position**

In your role as the Graduate Urban Designer, you will support the City by:

- Preparing presentation material including concept plans and design reports.
- Supporting the development of studies, plans, frameworks and projects within the Urban Design Team.
- Assisting with the preparation of detailed design drawings and drafting using programs such as Autocad.
- Supporting the coordination and management of community consultation on projects during the conceptual design phase.
