**About the role**:
Looking for a savvy Operations Manager with a background in Marketing. Looking to improve their presence on their social media, website and recognition beyond their space to entice new talent. This role will also include process-improvements across the business, efficiency within the intranet, assistance with on-boarding new employees, improving L&D programs and ensuring their consistency - bordering into a Marketing/HR split within the role.
- Overhauling the online presence of the firm
- Improving current website
- Creating content and content processes for social media
- Creating formats and calendar for future content
- Process improvement including consistent training sessions
- Developing a graduate program and liaising with universities for top talent referrals
- Developing firm branding
- Coordinating more efficient in-house processes
