**Scrum Master / Delivery Lead - Limelight People are partnering exclusively with our financial services client to hire critical Engineering positions in Brisbane**

**In the role, you will be**
- Reporting to the Head of Delivery based in Australia
- Driving agile engineering best practices and approach
- Leading the agile delivery of software solutions and actively driving engineering outputs
- meeting or exceeding the agreed time and quality commitments
- Committing an uncompromising focus on delivering to project milestones
- Holding responsibility for managing the day-to-day activities of our clients engineering squads (combining Analyst Testers, Analyst Developers and other assigned team members for the project)
- Liaise on a regular basis with Project Managers and wider global Delivery teams (local and international)

**You will have the following experience**:

- Agile Delivery
- Software Development Delivery (preferably with the financial services industry)
- An independent, self-directed and agile delivery-focused working style
- Project management professional qualifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile project management)
- Experience with the Agile project methodology
- Familiarity with financial products and markets is Desirable
