**About the opportunity**:
The Display home Maintenance officer is part of the Brighton Homes Display team. The key focus of this role is to ensure our multiple display homes are maintained to the highest quality. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

- Ensure that maintenance of Display homes are satisfactorily completed in line with Brighton Homes’ processes and timelines
- Coordinate trades conducting repairs and maintenance at our display homes
- Ensure display homes are compliant including first aid kits, fire extinguishers and management of keys and access
- Arrangement of pest inspections for all display homes
- Weekly reporting on maintenance schedules
- Review and implement new processes and practices to improve efficiencies
- Liaise with other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy across all maintenance activities
- Coordinate display home closures and decommissioning of sales displays

**About you**
You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will:

- A trade background, preferably carpentry or similar experience
- An ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide information and updates on maintenance works
- An ability to prioritise maintenance schedules and repair work whilst ensuring exceptional attention to detail
- A full driver’s licence
- Willingness to travel between our displays as scheduled
- A positive attitude with the ability to work independently or within a team
