**Reporting To**

Paid Media Lead

**Overview**

We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Performance Team as a Performance Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and kickstart their career in the digital marketing industry. As a Performance Coordinator, you will work closely with the Paid Media Lead, supporting various aspects of Paid Media and SEO initiatives, and reporting to the Performance Director.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Hands-on management and optimisation of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads & Snapchat Ads)
- Collaborate with the Strategy Lead and Paid Media Lead on campaign strategies for optimal performance for clients
- Compile and analyse data for monthly reporting and help the Paid Media lead present findings during reporting sessions
- Provide administrative support to the Paid Media Lead and assist in day-to-day tasks as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on campaign strategies and goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends related to advertising platforms

- A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of campaign management, data analysis, and reporting

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
