The Performance Coordinator supports the management and implementation of group initiatives and change exercises which underpin the growth and sustainability of EML Solutions. This role will provide strategic and administration support to the Performance Improvement team and the broader group strategy team and leaders.

The role supports a high performing and customer-responsive team that works strategically to maximise our contract deliverables and remuneration along with transitioning clients.

This will be a full time, 12-month Maximum Term Contract/Secondment position based in the Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Plan, schedule and track project timelines, milestones and deliverables and a variety of project and communication tools.- Work with Project Leads, operations and shared services to scope, plan and schedule delivery.- Work with stakeholders within and outside of the BU to achieve project deliverables and ease of implementation.- Regularly monitor and report on progress to key stakeholders through the use of reports, dashboards and presentations, including project progress, risks/issues and proposed solutions.- Provide support to Senior Leaders and the group strategy team where needed.- Actively maintain and promote policies and procedures.- Make appropriate recommendations for ongoing strategy improvement.- Drive continuous improvement and innovation. Maintain awareness of industry developments and trends and respond effectively to changes.

ABOUT YOU
- Experience and or exposure to multi-hatted positions and multi-stream work.
- Experience in a similar support or fast-paced coordination and business environment.
- Understanding of the personal injury sector is desirable.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
