Looking to build a career in Recruitment? We are seeking a **Recruitment Consultant** to join the Maxima team. You will manage and build on a portfolio of Sports & Recreation, Hospitality and Stores & Warehousing clients by providing a high level of customer service and use your recruitment experience to source the best talent in market.

Maxima is a national not-for-profit, with head offices in Hindmarsh SA, comprising of over 400 internal staff and around 1100 on-hired workers across Australia. We are a community minded organisation with dedicated divisions for Recruitment and Labour-hire, Indigenous Employment, Disability Employment and Group Training.

**About the Role**

This role is an entry-level or junior Recruiter role, reporting to the Team Leader - Industrial, your day-to-day responsibilities include:

- End-to-end recruitment for both temporary and permanent vacancies
- Roster management including maintaining pool of available casuals
- Growing your client base by pro-actively sourcing new opportunities
- Providing coverage of other team members’ portfolios as needed

**Skills & Experience**

Whilst the role will include on-the-job coaching and mentoring you will also possess;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A pro-active mindset, focusing on seeking solutions to problems
- Experience in Administration, Recruitment or Human Resources
- Solid administrative and computer skills
- A current driver’s license

Exposure to, or experience working in an Industrial setting would be an advantage and evidence of three approved ATAGI COVID Vaccinations, or a valid exemption, is also required.
