**About the role**
The Platform Manager - Enterprise Monitoring & Observability has accountability for managing and uplifting the services and platforms that underpin our client’s modern technology operations strategy.
**Duties/Responsibilities**
- Leading a team of engineers to deliver high quality platforms and services.
- Executing projects that ensure the company platforms and services are evolving to meet strategic goals and business requirements.
- Day to day operations of systems and platforms that enable Enterprise Monitoring, observability.
**What we are looking for**
- Experienced people leader, with experience leading teams through transformational change
- Experience across a range of platforms e.g., AppDynamics, Splunk, IBM Netcool, Azure, Tivoli, Splunk, SCOM, SCCM, Microfocus.
- Experience in managing the financial sustainability and adaptability of Enterprise Monitoring and Observability platforms
- Working knowledge and understanding of licensing constructs and models for Modern Monitoring and Observability platforms.
- Experience working collaboratively with strategic technology partners and suppliers
