Doing preventative maintenance and breakdown work on conveyors, blow mould and sorting machines. The shift pattern is 84 hours a fortnight on 12 hour rotating shifts (6am - 6pm and 6pm - 6am), across a roster of 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off (7 day fortnight) with two weekends off per month. The plant is operational 24/7 **Key responsibilities.** - Timely responses to all breakdowns - Follow planned maintenance activities which include being actively involved in maintenance planning, plant improvements and projects which will improve plant availability and efficiency - Diagnose faults and proactively manage breakdowns of equipment or process failures in a timely manner - Ensure compliance with site quality and food safety programs - Support production and site activities to optimize productivity and minimize downtime - Identify any parts needed and maintain inventory of parts in stockroom - In conjunction with the leadership team, continuously review systems and processes to improve key operational efficiency measures **What you'll need.** - Trade qualification in either electrical or mechanical fitting - Full Australian working rights - Strong fault finding abilities - Attention to detail - Open drivers licence - High risk forklift licence or willing to obtain **I have the experience and I'm up for the challenge.
