Financial Adviser (Servicing)

Excellent opportunity to join a boutique firm with an established book of clients. You will be working with some Senior Advisers who have extensive experience within the industry to lean on. This opportunity would suit someone with previous experience dealing with the Retail client group and someone who has all their educational requirements up-to date. This opportunity offers working from home flexibility.

Key Requirements:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word/Excel & Outlook
- Knowledge of Xplan financial planning software would be an advantage
- Exceptional people skills and well presented

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct or attend client appointments over the phone or by video call.
- Compile detailed and accurate research regarding the clients situation
- Always do what is Ethically right by the customer.
- Ensure compliance standards are met at all stages of the advice process.
- Develop upon existing relationships with the client to ensure a life-long customer.
