Your tailored advice solutions will ensure clients’ needs are met as you continuously listen, care for, coach and advise them to realise their protection goals. Working collaboratively across our business, you will also utilise digital technology and data to continuously enhance Zurich’s efficient and compliant advice model.- Important to your success - let's grow together- Experience in advice with a comprehensive understanding of insurance advice, products and the Australian insurance and advice markets
- FASEA qualified
- The ability to nurture, care and support our customers, team and stakeholders
- Ability to adapt quickly to new process, ways of working and client engagement models
- Demonstratable high standards of compliance
- Experience delivering advice solutions across digital channels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
