REGIS Design, a dynamic small business designing and manufacturing aftermarket alloy wheels, is seeking a motivated and organized individual to fill the combined role of Bookkeeper and Office Manager.

**Are you a detail-oriented self-starter with at least two years of experience in bookkeeping and office administration?**

If so, we want to hear from you In this fast-paced environment, you'll play a key role supporting our team and ensuring smooth daily operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Helping the sales team build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing all the invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents, bridging between the purchase and engineering and the clients.
- Collaborate with other departments, analyze customer data, provide training and support, and manage customer feedback etc.
- Collect payments from customers and ensure timely accounts receivable management.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum two years of experience as sales assistant or office admin.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in common computer programs like Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $53,200.00 - $68,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
