ABOUT THE ROLE...
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of efficient and effective direct and indirect manufacturing processes of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and controls

**ABOUT YOU...**

**You will have**:

- A background in a similar manufacturing business particularly in HVAC and or metal fabrication
- Knowledge of small electronic component manufacture
- Proven knowledge in ERP systems
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing Methodologies, Kaizen, 6 Sigma
- Strong Project Management skills and experience
- Understanding of ISO9001quality standards
- Experience in CNC machine and CAD systems
- Capacity to interact and work effectively with others in a positive and constructive manner
- Strong people management, planning and organisational skills
- An ability to use your initiative with a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer satisfaction.

You will be tertiary qualified in mechanical, manufacturing or industrial engineering with seven or more years management experience in a manufacturing engineering role. Importantly you will be an energetic individual seeking the opportunity to make this area your own and grow with us as our business grows. Versatility and flexibility will be integral to your success.
