Cafe Manager

Dr Morse Bar & Eatery is a multifaceted venue at the sleepy end of Johnston Street in Abbotsford. We pride ourselves on speciality coffee from ONA, killer breakfast, lunch and dinner and all things nice that go with that. We are on the hunt for a dedicated professional café manager to steer the ship for our daytime trade.
- 2 years in similar role in a similar venue with an extensive history in hospitality
- 2-3 years experience with high volume speciality coffee
- In depth knowledge and understanding of financial analysis, control and business development
- Ability to actively manage a team of staff including baristas, floor staff and kitchen staff
- Have the confidence to bring innovative and smart business decisions to the venue
- Full work rights in Australia

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
