Real Estate Sales Job - Award Winning Agency
**Your new company**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven sales professional to join an award-winning, Sydney based, Real Estate Agency. The company in question are well-established and have a fantastic reputation. Due to continued success, they are looking to add a talented individual to their growing team.
**Your new role**
You will work as a key member of the team. Driving sales, following leads and providing exceptional service on behalf of the organisation.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will be a driven sales professional with experience in a similar role. Real Estate experience would be advantageous however other sector experience within a sales capacity will also be considered, if the individual possesses the desired personality and ambition. You will be flexible with your time and work well as part of a team, as well as on your own autonomy. You will be a self-starter and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
**What you'll get in return**
You will manage your day to day, and have the opportunity to balance your working week to suit with reference to splitting your time between home and office when not out on site. You will receive a competitive base salary which is negotiable on experience and a generous commission structure which will double your earnings providing you exceed your achievable targets which will be discussed in more detail at interview, should you be successful at the initial screening stage.
