**Introduction**:
House Surveys is seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager (Survey) to lead our growing team based in Redcliffe. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and high-profile projects, collaborate with industry leaders, and contribute to a variety of innovative initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Preparing detailed survey reports, plans, and documentation in line with industry standards.
Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines while ensuring high-quality service.
Assisting with business development and fostering strong client relationships.
Managing, mentoring, and developing survey staff to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Providing guidance on calculations, methodologies, and best practices.
Assisting with resource planning, workflow coordination, and team development.
**About You**:
Relevant qualifications in surveying and professional registration (or working towards).
Proven experience in land and building surveys.
Strong understanding of surveying techniques, equipment, and software.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A passion for the surveying profession and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
