**About the Company**

This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 6 month contract paying $34 p/h + super. This role is located in Parramatta.

**About the Role**

**Key responsibilities & duties**
- Respond to enquiries and proactively communicate with internal and external customers and stakeholders related to service delivery, invoices and reports to ensure the provision of high quality customer service.
- Update and maintain records of customer communication data and feedback through database management.
- Provide high quality support and expertise in word processing, accurate data entry and current spreadsheet skills to support the needs of the team.
- Conduct a range of administrative tasks to support the team.

**About You**
- Previous experience in customer service and administration
- Excellent attention to detail
- Fantastic face to face and telephone customer service skills
- Able to pass a police check, WWCC, Child Story Check and community services check
- Able to work Monday - Friday, full time in the Pennant hills office
