Trainee Waterproofer/applicator

- $35 ph. (starting rate) increasing with upskilling

As part of the team, you will be responsible for deploying various system components (including but not limited to placement of geotêxtiles, membranes including sheet and liquid, drainage/ventilation layers with minor plumbing works) on substrates which require careful detailing around foundations and service penetrations to successfully integrate into the building.

Full training and support will be provided with opportunities to gain experience into other roles within the business.

BGL was established to provide a wide range of skills and services relating to waterproofing, environmental liner and barrier systems.

BGL collaborate with clients and their construction teams to specify, design, and install solutions using available best practice guidance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to the field team when executing environmental and waterproofing systems
- Use PPE and tools in accordance with safety requirements
- Maintain responsibility for the cleanliness and security of any tools or equipment
- Facilitate material mobility
- Any other tasks to facilitate the overall success of the product/material installation works

- Baseline construction and fieldwork knowledge
