**Housekeeper for busy family of 5 (with 2 pups as well) in Morningside, Brisbane - MORM**

Are you looking for a permanent part-time housekeeping role with a lovely, busy family?

Do you have a high attention to detail with your Housekeeping?

Immediate start for the right person

A busy family with three school age children is seeking an experienced, mature Housekeeper/Cleaner who is able to provide a Monday to Friday service for between 5-6 hours per day. There is potential for further hours either helping out for events, or babysitting the children and puppies

They will be moving into their newly built house in August, located in Cannon Hill so be prepared to work in a lovely new home

Meal preparation will be a part of the role, but they are not looking for a cook, occasional babysitter/house sitter/pet sitter if you are comfortable and available for extra hours.

General duties will include:
Ensuring the residence is kept clean, organised and tidy at all times

All cleaning of rooms and surfaces, laundry including ironing, organisation of cupboards, pantry, fridge etc, running of any errands (Own car and drivers license is a requirement for this reason). All cleaning products and equipment will be provided.

Have good communication skills

Be self-motivated and have a positive attitude

Have good organisational skills

Be familiar with correct cleaning techniques and laundry care

Have previous long-term experience

Hold a Current Police Check and WWCC (or be prepared to complete both)

Have good references from past employers

Hours: Flexibility is available but up to 25-30 hours per week are available

Hourly rate: $40.00 + Superannuation and leave entitlements

Start Date: ASAP

This is a long term, permanent position.

**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
