Wilson Security is seeking full-time Security Officers to join the Northern Health Hospital in Epping

**About the Roles**:
Full time vacant line at Epping hospital available.
The hours are 0630-1830, 1830-0630 hrs, fixed rotating roster consisted of 84 hours a Fortnight.
This is a dynamic, fast paced environment that requires a driven and passionate person with a strong desire to make a difference and contribute to the success of the team.

**The position functions includes**:

- Internal and external patrols
- Concierge/Customer Service
- Issuing contractors and visitors permits/passes
- Dealing with conflict resolution
- Patient watch
- General security duties
- Report writing
- Foot patrols

**Role Requirements**:

- **Flexibility to work across set roster 1830-0630 and 0630-1830**:

- Current VIC Security licence
- Certificate II in Security Operations
- Valid VIC drivers licence
- Working with children
- Current First Aid Certificate
- The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work with conflicting time constraints
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proactive and problem solving mindset
- Willing to support both client team and security teams
- Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
- Computer literate in MS Office and associated programs
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
