We are a fast, quick service style restaurant that offers customers both dine in and takeaway. With years of butchery experience behind us, we know what it takes to make a great burger. In fact, that’s why **Ribs & Burgers** exist today. We were tired of seeing so many joints serving up mediocre food. So we decided to do it ourselves.

We have two restaurants located in Perth, one in the CBD & one in Subiaco. Your week would be split between both, completing 15 hours at both store (30 hours per week).

**As a Floor Supervisor, your duties will include**:

- Supporting the Restaurant Manager with all restaurant operations
- Supervising of crew to ensure your team are performing their role at the expected level
- Supervising of crew to ensure your team are performing their role at the expected level
- Continually motivate, creating an enjoyable, engaging and progressive work environment
- Effectively manage time and prioritise tasks and understand sequence of service
- Knowledgeable of cash handling and till opening/closing procedures.

**What we are looking for**:

- Ideally a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- A current RSA Certificate
- Customer focused and passion to create an exceptional customer dining experience
- Demonstrate an advanced leadership approach and goal driven.
- Thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Be reliable and have flexibility to work a 7 day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
