**Your Next Company? -**
Our client, is a national residential building company who provides building services for the every day home owner market on average up to 300sqm builds. They build primarily single storey homes and are focused on providing quality service and outcomes. They have an office in Adelaide that builds homes throughout the Adelaide Hills through to the Southern fringe of the Adelaide CBD. This office builds around 40 homes per year.

**What Will You Be Doing? -**
- Report to company owners and Directors
- Run projects end to end
- Responsible to communicate with clients directly and be accountable
- Meet deadlines
- Use the companies as well as your own network of trades
- Scheduling
- Meetings
- Provides personalised service
- Build single story dwellings 12 - 15 homes per year
- Use company proprietary software for managing jobs

**Is The Role a Fit For You?**
Here are some of the criteria you will have if you are successful in obtaining the role:

- Trade qualified
- Ideally supervisors license but not essential
- Around 7 - 15 yrs knowledge in Residential Construction
- Ability to deal directly with clients
- Knowledge of SA market
- Can build single or double storey dwellings
- Good relationship with trades
- Self starter
