**Governance Consulting Officer - 16 hours a week - $70 p/h - Parkville, VIC**

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Review and evaluate governance processes in the Office for Research. The GO will provide a gap and implementation report to the Director.
- Assistance with review and processing Office for Research incoming reports as directed.
- Assist in the review and approval of ethics and governance amendments to drive approvals
- Assist in the review of new governance submissions to drive approvals and reduce and/or remove the backlog currently held in the Office.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Intermediate skill level in the area of governance
- previous experience as a Governance Officer
- Knowledge of the gap and implementation report
- Strong administration skills
- Ability to work independently
- Available up until the end of June
