We are a purpose-built, family-operated, boutique Reggio Emilia inspired centre in the heart of Greenvale seeking an experienced an passionate Lead Educator to join our toddle age team.

We are a child-safe service, and our mission is to provide a secure, nurturing, and educational environment with positive experiences for children, families, educators, and our community. We are a well-resourced Centre, filled with natural light and spacious rooms. We pride ourselves on having fantastic relationships with parents and families.

**About our position**
- Develop and implement a high-quality program
- Lead a team of experienced educators and work alongside a dedicated team of professionals
- To develop and maintain strong relationships between educators, families, and children
- Knowledge and experience in facilitating an engaging and dynamic learning environment

**Qualifications**
- Holds an ACECQA-approved qualification
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates
- Current Child Protection & Food Safe Training or willingness to obtain one

**Selection Criteria**
- Have an understanding of Children’s Service Regulations, Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to plan, implement, and work within a child-centered play-based program
- Demonstrated ability to form positive, collaborative working relationships with families and colleagues
- Professional attitude and presentation
- Must be available 5 days - Monday to Friday
- Must be available on a flexible roster -open and close shifts

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
