We are a purpose-built family-operated boutique centre in the heart of Greenvale seeking an experienced educator in our Kindergraten classroom

About our Room Leader position
- Support a high-quality program
- To develop and maintain strong relationships between educators, families, and children
- Monday to Friday 5 day-position
- Knowledge and experience for facilitating an engaging and dynamic learning environment
- You will be in a Lead-Educator position working with support from the Educational leader & Management

**Requirements**:

- Diploma Qualification
- Sound Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Current compliance certificates (Or willing to obtain)
- WWCC, Current First Aid & CPR, COVID Safe Training, Mandatory Reporting, Food Safe Certificate, COVID-19 Vaccinations

The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity to work for a childcare provider that really values our team. We are looking for a full-time Diploma qualified Lead educator. You will be working alongside a friendly and experienced team. You will be rewarded with above award rates of pay, ongoing professional development, centre discount for children attending the service, Supportive team and Management team and Paid staff monthly meetings.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
