The Role:
Our client is looking for a trades recruiter - someone who ideally has industry experience in construction, mining, civil etc
Career development and training are at the top of their agenda, and they give their recruiters every tool needed to be successful in their job from the latest tech to in-house databases.
It’s a very collaborative culture, and one where you are given full autonomy to run your desk, the way that you would like to.
About You:
Would need to be coming from recruitment agency experience, and good billing track record.
Ideally this would be from within the same sort of sectors as our client specialise in - trades, construction, civil etc
Our client will sponsor you either through the working holiday visa route or a full visa.
For this, you will need to have 2 years’ experience as a recruitment consultant and a business-related degree.
Or 5 years’ experience as a recruitment consultant.
On top of this, our client is looking for people who have a drive about them and can work independently.
