Construction Site Leader Job Description

This job opportunity is for an experienced site leader to oversee daily construction activities and ensure compliance with design, technical, and quality standards.

  • Coordinate with diverse teams and contractors to execute projects seamlessly.
  • Oversee daily site operations with a hands-on approach, ensuring effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day operations of contractor and sub-contractor groups, ensuring adherence to established time, cost, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Implement health, safety, and environmental policies, demonstrating leadership in safety culture and practices.
  • Monitor project progress against contractual obligations, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Prepare non-conformance reports for deviations from engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Foster strong relationships with project personnel, contractors, and maintenance teams to facilitate effective project delivery.
