Content Scheduling Specialist

This role is responsible for executing day-to-day scheduling operations for a leading streaming service in Australia and New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a high-performing team.
Main Responsibilities- Schedule content using specialized tools and software
- Develop expertise in content scheduling systems and train new users as required
- Maintain accurate records of upcoming content and schedule releases accordingly
- Review reports of scheduled content to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate closely with the Programming and Content Curation Manager to optimize the content slate across various pipelines
- Minimum 2 years' experience in content scheduling or a related field
- Proven track record of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong passion for entertainment and media industries
