Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This role plays a key part in the retention and loyalty of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of our products and services, understanding their capabilities and how they can be applied to solve customer problems.
  • Nurture and retain customer relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing support.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience and implement data-driven strategies to enhance loyalty and retention.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement, leveraging feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to inform product development and service enhancements.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in customer-facing roles, with expertise in relationship-building, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with capacity to collect and analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Experience working with technology-enabled solutions and passion for exploring innovative ways to enhance customer experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
