Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Arrivals and Departures: You will be responsible for processing and assisting with guest arrivals, departures, and room allocations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Guest Queries: You will attend to guest queries in a prompt and courteous manner, providing accurate information and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Complaint Resolution: You will address guest complaints in a professional and positive manner, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Health and Safety: You will maintain a high level of health and safety awareness, ensuring that our guests and staff are protected from harm.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Candidate Profile: We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with previous experience in a customer-facing role being an asset.
  • Availability: You must be available to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
