Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $90,000-$100,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a range of benefits, including flexible work options, wellbeing programs, and opportunities for professional development.
Job DescriptionAs a Graduate Occupational Therapist, you will be part of our 12-month graduate program, which provides comprehensive support and mentoring to help you develop your clinical skills and confidence. You will work with NDIS participants and their supports to understand their goals and identify areas where they need support. You will also be part of a multidisciplinary team that works together to deliver evidence-based therapy plans that promote lasting change and improved quality of life outcomes.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must have AHPRA registration and be able to obtain an NDIS Workers Screening & Working with Children Check. You should also have a driving license and be willing to work in community settings.
