The role involves working with customers throughout their journey with us, ensuring they have the right technology for continuous business requirements.

As a Business Solutions Expert, you will demonstrate and articulate solutions to complex business problems for existing customers using software. Your work is crucial in helping achieve its goal of building advocacy and delivering world-class customer satisfaction. You will primarily assist and collaborate with the customer success organisation in providing consulting services to existing customer base.

You will engage with customers to understand their business needs, compile Statements of Work to articulate solutions, and collaborate with the Development Team to scope customer-specific rules. You will also actively communicate with product management teams to enhance product capabilities and meet customer needs. Technology-focused demonstration scenarios will be created, and you may need to travel.

This role requires excellent project and time management skills, problem-solving abilities, and a self-starting nature when it comes to learning. You should have a strong technical aptitude and be able to think analytically with a good understanding of technical jargon.

Your ideal knowledge and experience include understanding NZ or Australian payroll compliance, basic functional knowledge of SQL or similar languages, and a working knowledge of time and attendance. Familiarity with Ready Workforce (Zambion) and/or Ready Pay (HR3) is advantageous, as well as understanding technology design and delivery.
