Regular collaboration with delivery teams and handovers of client projects will ensure smooth implementation and satisfaction.
Additionally, partnering with internal product teams to bring new propositions to market will be key in ensuring alignment with client needs and industry trends.
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor products will provide valuable strategic insights.
Requirements- Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related field.
- Understanding of segmentation data, insights and analytics.
- 3-5 years proven experience in presales specialist or role applying data, insights and analytics for business benefit.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Curiosity and ability to ask insightful questions to uncover client needs and challenges.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to address client needs. Knowledge of some common analytics tools and languages.
