Job Title

SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect - COE

This role involves guiding major agencies through ERP migration, leveraging proven strategy and expert delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Support: Build business cases, qualify drivers, estimate Rough Orders of Magnitude.
  • Project Implementation: Follow SAP Activate Methodology, provide instance strategy, integration strategy, data migration strategy, and post-go-live support.
  • Cross-Module Process Integration: Collaborate with consultants, module leads, and project managers to ensure seamless process and data integration.
  • Customer Success: Ensure customers are referenceable, work with broader SAP teams to create collateral, and maintain customer details in the Customer Reference Platform.

Requirements
  • Experience: 6+ years consulting experience, including solution architecture for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
  • HR Domain Knowledge: Sufficient knowledge related to products for discussions with HR leaders.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to guide customers from SAP On-premise HCM to SAP SuccessFactors cloud transition.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in solution architecture, consulting, and project management. They will be able to leverage their expertise to drive real transformation and set new industry benchmarks.

This role requires Australian citizenship and the capability to secure and maintain government security clearance.
