Cleaners and Contractors play a vital role in delivering quality service and building strong relationships with both the team and clients.

These professionals are responsible for performing a wide range of cleaning and maintenance duties, showcasing flexibility in performing assigned tasks, including:

  • Emptying and cleaning waste containers, removing waste paper and garbage to designated areas, and damp wiping containers.
  • Emptying and cleaning ashtrays, monitoring and replenishing sand in sand urns.
  • Dusting all image frames, charts, graphs, and wall hangings.
  • Damp cleaning ceiling air conditioning diffusers, partition grilles, registers, and other ventilating louvers.
  • Dusting the outside surfaces of light fixtures, including glass and plastic enclosures.
  • Vacuuming mats and carpeted areas in workplaces, lobbies, and corridors.
  • Hand dusting and cleaning office furnishings, files, fixtures, paneling, window sills, and other flat surfaces.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in bathrooms, sink rooms, and kitchen areas.
  • Cleaning and buffing metal hardware fixtures and bright work.
  • Cleaning and polishing tile floor surfaces as required.
  • Following all security and safety regulations, damp wiping and buffing glass furnishings.
  • Cleaning index boards, removing fingerprints and smudges.
  • Cleaning entry door glass on both indoor and outer surfaces.
  • Brushing or dust mopping floors and exterior entry areas.
  • Removing stains from vertical surfaces such as doors, door frames, light switches, and dividers.
  • Washing, cleaning, and sterilizing water coolers; sweeping stairways and vacuuming carpets if applicable.
  • Monitoring stairwells and cleaning or mopping up spills.
  • Cleaning or washing spills in office and community areas as needed.
