
Spiritual Care Director

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our Spiritual Care Department and/or Clinical Education program. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients, families, and staff.
The successful candidate will possess a strong passion for Spiritual Care in the healthcare sector, with significant experience as a practitioner and manager. They will be responsible for managing department operations, ensuring quality assurance, providing clinical education, and managing information systems.
- Minimum of Bachelor degree level studies in Theology, Spiritual Care, Social Sciences or equivalent.
- At least 5 years' experience in Spiritual Care in a healthcare setting.
- Eligibility for certified membership of Spiritual Care Australia.
- Accreditation as a CPE Clinical Pastoral Educator (as certified by ASACPEV Inc.).
- Management experience of a department, including human resource and financial management.
