Lead Outdoor Sales Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced outdoor sales professional to lead our team and drive sales growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-performing team of up to 20 sales professionals, leading by example, coaching and developing their skills to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead from the front, driving sales, merchandising, and product management within each department.
